Pooja & Robert's epic Belle Mer Indian Wedding!  Here is the Highlights Film and what an amazing wedding celebration it was.  Taking place over 3 days, as most Indian weddings do, their wedding culminated at the beautiful Belle Mer Island House in Newport, RI.  Both the bride and groom got ready at the Hyatt Regency Newport, where they performed their first look at the lighthouse and then proceeded to the days festivities and ended up in the Belle Mer's Main Salon for their reception.

Rob made is entrance to the baraat on a boat, very cool!  The ceremony was held at the Island House were Shobha provided the amazing Mandap!

Pooja and Rob were so extremely sweet to work with and our day could have not goon smoother!  We also had the pleasure of working with some amazing professionals on this day and they are listed bellow.

Destination Wedding // Spruce Peak, Stowe, VT // Cyndi & Justin's Wedding Trailer

Cyndi & Justin decided they wanted to have a destination wedding at the Spruce Peak Mountain Lodge in Stowe, Vermont because they wanted their family and friends to be able to enjoy their wedding as if it were a vacation. They love the atmosphere of Stowe and thought it would be a beautiful place for the most special day of their lives, and they were right!

Cyndi started her day getting her hair and makeup done at the Spa at Stowe Mountain Lodge, while Justin was enjoying some beers from the Lost Nation brewery with his groomsmen. Cyndi & Justin had a beautiful Armenian ceremony at the Waterbury Congregational Church. We had the privilege of working with Jesse Schloff photography and he brought us to the amazing looking red barn on Stowe Hollow Road for the couple's formals session.

The night continued with cocktails and hors d' oeuvres outside at the Spruce Camp Base Lodge. The reception started with a bang! The Love Revival Orchestra marched into the room with the couple and their bridal party and it was non-stop fun from then on. The guests also enjoyed smores by the fire pit and an awesome gelato station. They had to have gelato considering they met in high school scooping ice cream together. The whole night was surely one to remember!

Boston Wedding Film // MJ + Mike's Same Day Edit Film // Sheraton Norwood Four Points

We had the pleasure of being introduced to MJ + Mike through their DJ, Luke of Luke Renchan Entertainment.  This couple was fun and laid back from the start and they wanted an amazing reception and so they did!

But before we get here, let's talk about the proposal and how that happened.  For those of you who don't know Mike aka DJ "Biggie" is a Rhode Island native and good friends with Pauly D.  When the time came to propose to MJ, Mike was on the MTV reality show, The Pauly D Project.  At the time he was Pauly D's road manager.  Here is a link to the episode:

Now Mike is a class act and as great of DJ that he is and dedicated to his craft, his heart is truly with family and his close friends.  On the wedding day we saw that, always making sure everyone felt like a celebrity and was have a great time.

The day started out with MJ getting her makeup done and prep in Norwood at her parent's home.  MJ's mom and dad are such warm and friendly people, all day you could see their love for the couple and of "famiglia", family!

The ceremony was held at the beautiful St. Catherine of Siena in Norwood and the reception follow at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood, MA.

Luke Renchan Entertainment provided uplighting, some accent draping behind the bride and groom, a customized monogram on the dance floor and motion texture lighting that was used to accent the room.

All of the guests were treated like celebrities at this reception and what an amazing reception it was!  Great entertainment by Luke and MJ and Mike decided to add a band, Sweet Tooth and the Sugar Babies to add variety throughout the night.  They defiantly know how to throw a party!

We wanted to give something back to MJ and Mike "DJ Biggie" for being such an amazing couple to work with and decided to produce a Same Day Edit Film for them and surprise them with presenting to them at the reception.  In MJ's own words: "I just cannot get over this weekend! I love you guys so much. you really made our day so special! xoxox"

MJ and Mike, the feelings are mutual and we could not have asked for a more fun wedding to shoot!

Following their last dance the night continued with a laid back after party, what a night!

What an incredibly fun day this was! Lindsey & Matt had a beautiful wedding at Belle Mer in Newport, RI. We were so excited to work with them to capture this sentimental day. The wedding could not have been any better, everything was perfect! Lindsey & Matt have a huge passion for family and friends and they were blessed with a giant gathering and huge party for the reception.

Meaghan & Thomas' wedding took place in beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts at Holy Trinity Church and Wychmere Beach Club. This day could not have brought better weather! We had such a blast shooting this wedding and the party was rockin'!

BTW, we almost thought the groom was Matt Damon!

We had such a great time shooting this wedding! Carmen's joy and love for the life and her family is so evident. Eric's laid back personality blends so well with Carmen's outgoing, fun and joyous energy. You will see it come through in their wedding film!

It was also impressive to see the amazing procession of cars and horse & carriage pulling into Indian Pond Country Club with Carmen in the lead with her flower girl. Once the reception began then the amazing dancing and fun international blend of music brought the night to an amazing peak, all lead by the DJ skills of Luke Renchan.

Father of the Groom gives us praise!

We regularly receive amazing praise from our couples, but it's even more exciting to receive a review from a Father of the Groom from an amazing wedding film that we shot at the exclusive Newport Country Club in Newport, RI.  Yes you saw that correctly, the Father of the Groom sent us a great review!

We were already honored to have been asked to shoot Stacie and Matt's wedding by Matt's mom Judy, she is the owner of Papers a well respected invitation store in Newport, RI.  So to have received such an amazing review by Matt's Dad, who you will see from the review has years in the movie and theatre industry, was such an honor.

Boston Winter Wedding // Four Seasons Boston, MA

Katherine + Michael's Boston Winter Wedding was nothing short of magical!  Katherine had always wanted snow on her wedding day and as you will see in the highlights film, she got her wish.  The wedding nuptials took place at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston and the Reception was held at the Four Season Hotel.

The Cocktail hour included an amazing raw bar, a wintered themed signature drink and live entertainment for all the guests to enjoy.  The floral decor and gorgeous tree that greeted the guests as they made their way to the reception, wowed everyone.

The dinner and dancing that followed was nothing but top notch and the staff at the Four Season Boston (www.FourSeasons.com/Boston) provided amazing service all night!

Award Winning Wedding Films - 4 New Vista Awards

Last night we attended are were honored to win 4 VISTA Awards for a number of projects that we produced in 2012.  Crystal, Neal and Chris came to view some amazing work from our industry peers and also be honored with winning in each of the four categories, the only company to do so!  The categories included:  Wedding Category (A Full Wedding), Highlights, Corporate and Other.

The highlight of the night for us was winning Platinum, the top honor, for our Save the Date Film, "Vicky & TJ's Save the Date".  Below is the award and I've also added the link to their film.

We are very grateful for the clients and couples that honor us with the opportunities to produce interesting, fun and creative films of their lives and products.  Without them we could not be awarded such honors as we did last night.  Also, we are humbled by the company that we keep on the winning panel, there were some amazing producers and films that graced the large screen last night.  

Thank you also to the judges for volunteering their time to review our work and to Jim Greene for Chairing the VISTA panel.
